Religion and Blind faith

Before realizing our religion as Hindu, Muslim, Sikh or Christians, we fail to realize that we are humans first. “Blind faith” is the norm for anyone who follows a “religion”. There are people who grow up within a religion and rarely question it but just go through the motions.

Let go!

Why can’t we let go? Because we care and love them enough. Or, maybe because love itself means a lot to us. Because we fear to be left alone? We are so afraid that we cling on to every inch of that person or the memory. We again want to show all our love just when the boat is about to sail and leave the shore. They take a piece of us in them. We feel half, sometimes EMPTY.

But 27 years ago, something terrible happened in this country, Only a few people (500000) were thrown out of their homes, only a few (1000) were brutally killed,only a few women were raped,only a few mothers lost their sons,only a few sisters lost their brothers,only a few sons lost their fathers, ONLY A FEW as many political leaders have told us because we were not a Vote bank.

The city of masks

Masks. Almost all of us wear them. A different one for each occasion. A friendly mask for a friend, a sincere one for your boss/teacher, a lover’s mask for your significant other. These masks are not wrong unless they’re used for a wrong purpose.
