I think I do not need to explain what’s happening in Kerala these days. The situation is the worst, flights were getting canceled, the army and navy are employed. As per the report in The Indian Express, more than 200 people have died in Kerala floods since August 8, 2018, and more than 7 lakh people have been shifted to around 5600 relief camps. There is a huge loss of property and life. We, together as a nation are doing our best to help the people of Kerala.
And that’s where the essence of Indian culture lies, togetherness. Whether it is the India based UAE businessmen or the people to Karnataka who decided not to celebrate bakrieid but to donate the money instead, the entire nation is coming together to help.
